The Ab Circle Pro Reviews

The Ab Circle ProThere is a phenomenal amount of equipment available on the market that is aimed at the home exerciser. For the uninitiated, this amount of equipment choice can be a minefield. After all, unless you are a fitness professional yourself, how on earth do you know what to go for? Let’s face it, some of these devices are definitely weird and wonderful and have so many gimmicks that sometimes even fitness professionals themselves have difficulty deciding what to choose!

One item that I have come across that I have been quite impressed with is called the Ab Circle Pro. Now this piece of kit is most definitely different from everything else on the market! The Ab Circle Pro ticks all the boxes regarding being compact, easy to use and easy to store. And you don’t need a massive amount of space to use it either, the spare room or a corner of the living room will do nicely.

What makes this machine different from everything else on the market is the exercise positioning it offers; unlike most other items on the market you don’t stand on it, sit on it or lay on it; actually you kneel on it. There are comfortable kneepads and you place your hands on the handlebars. The kneepads rest on a curved track with the handlebars at the top – you are probably getting the idea of how this is going to work by now; keeping your body weight over the handlebars you swing your knees from side to side to make the pads slide round curved track.

To perform this movement, you flex at the waist, which works your oblique and stomach muscles while keeping them in an optimum position for correct toning. This is as good as doing large numbers of floor ab crunches, as floor crunches often mean that you are squeezing your abdominals outwards, as opposed to pulling them in. Not so with the Ab Circle Pro!

Moving from side to side like this classes as aerobic exercise; your pulse and heart rate will increase and you’ll burn lots of calories – added to this, the movement of your hips will tone your obliques (your waist muscles) and flatten your abdominals, even banishing the pooch! Added to this, your weight is partially on your arms meaning that your shoulders and chest will be toned, and the bones of your wrists and arms will be forced to strengthen, guarding against osteoporosis in later life. How good is all that?!

The Ab Circle Pro gives a workout to most of the body apart from the legs and glutes, but you can always do some squats and lunges on the floor to round off your workout. All in all, this piece of home exercise equipment gives a useful fat burning and toning work out at a reasonable price, making it a good choice for the home exerciser.
