As an anti ageing product ResV Plus which contains resveratrol claims to be all things to all men. A bold claim that has recently come under scrutiny since celebrities such as Dr Oz and Oprah have seemingly endorsed the product. Amongst other things ResVPlus is claimed to be able to:

Slow the aging process

Help you lose weight

Helps yo live longer

Protects Heart and Lungs

Try The ResV Plus Cacao 14-Day Trial Today

It has been discovered that in certain parts of the globe hot spots or a larger than average grouping of people that make over 100 years of age exist. Resveratrol is most often found in red wine and is an extract of red grapes. It has been found to have both anti ageing and other health benefits.

It would appear that the French may have had the idea first without realising it. They consume large quantities of red wine and their apparent long life despite heavy smoking and a fat rich diet tend to point to an external factor at work. That factor may be resveratrol.

Unlike many other so called miracle drugs this one has been extensively researched. It’s longevity and anti cancer properties now seem to have taken America by storm and have been discussed on CNN, Oprah and MSNBC.

As with all health claims made by a manufacturer they do need to be taken with a pinch of salt. Can Rez V Plus or Resveratrol really make you younger and good looking again? Probably not. If it could it would claimed as the fountain of youth and us average people wouldn’t be able to afford it. It would be available to the rich and famous only.

Could it help us defeat the worst excesses of our over indulgent life styles? Probably, at worst it won’t make things any worse. Added to the fact that anti oxidants have been proved to help you maintain a healthy body I believe this type of supplement to be helpful as part of an over all healthy life style.

The holy grail it isn’t but if it can help you feel better and more energised isn’t it worth a try? If you believe it doesn’t work for you what have you lost? But when you consider the many benefits it claims if only one is true for you then you’re a winner.

Even the Harvard Medical School has been impressed by it’s ability to counter the damage caused to the body by our modern lifestyles.

So, if you would like to experience the following benefits:

Anti cancer properties

Heart disease prevention

An anti oxidant that helps protect the body against colds and flu

Helps to regulate cholesterol

Gives you more energy

Helps you feel and look fantastic

Added Cacao which is also an anti oxident to super charge the benefits

Ever since the dawn of time women have experienced menopause. This is a point in her life when she goes through a change. While this is happening you may feel tired and uncomfortable, but you don’t have to suffer these symptoms without relief.

Menopause begins twelve months after your last period. This happens when a female is no longer able to reproduce, at this point she is considered post-menopausal. Menopause can be understood better as the changing over from fertility to infertility. This is what women understand as going through menopause. However this period of transition is really perimenopause or pre-menopause.

The beginning of perimenopause starts when female’s ovaries begin producing less estrogen and testosterone. This change that your body is experiencing happens slowly, sometimes over a duration of ten years.

Perimenopause begins to happen as fertility starts to decline and hormone levels are lower, most women experience this decline in their late thirties. The hormone progesterone is responsible for keeping ovaries fertile, and when progesterone levels begin to fall, ovaries loose their fertility. When this begins to occur, it can be the onset of perimenopause. However, most women do not recognize this happening until they experience the physical symptoms of decreased hormone production.

Perhaps the most well known symptom of perimenopause is the hot flash! Because of advancement of medical technology and increase in life expectancy, most women will live long enough to have menopause happen to them! Hot flashes are a common occurrence that people are familiar with today.

The way hot flashes affect women differs from person to person. To some women hot flashes feel like just a warm blush, but for other women hot flashes can be so intense and out of the blue that you may have to pull over when driving. Some people experience such strong hot flashes that it will wake them up out of their sleep. The duration of hot flashes varies, and can last from thirty seconds to five minutes. The frequency of hot flashes is also specific to the individual, but one thing is for sure: hot flashes are the only symptom of the transitional from fertility to infertility.

The bad news is, this transitional, or pre-menopausal stage, can last over ten years. These ten years in themselves will be filled with stages and cycles as you go from full to no fertility. It is usually later in perimenopause that a woman begins to experience hot flashes.

Perhaps the first sign of a decline in hormone production is the change in the menstrual cycle. These are very different between individuals, so it can be difficult to identify if the change is due to perimenopause. Usually after taking into consideration all the combined symptoms a diagnosis can be concluded. Women can experience a heavier period during this time and other women may have a lighter one. The frequency of periods may vary from person to person as well, a woman may have her period often and others may find that theirs is less and less. Another symptom that can happen is spotting in between periods or missing periods completely.

If you are one of the many women that are experiencing hot flashes and menopausal symptoms, you are not alone! Menozac is here to help alleviate uncomfortable symptoms associated with menopause. Say goodbye to those annoying hot flashes, and take back your life today!
